Featured in June - Pam Nichols and "Rust & Wax"

The fascination with encaustic paintings continues, and Pam Nichols is one of the reasons it is so popular in our area. Pam is inventive, fearless, and always challenging herself. She is generous with her time, energy, and knowledge; and is an inspiration to all of us at AOB and a magnet for anyone anywhere interested in the arts.

"Rust & Wax"  reveals more of her work using rusted metal and pigmented beeswax, and opens Wednesday, June 3. The show runs through June 27, with a reception in her honor on Saturday, June 13, from 6 to 9 p.m.

Although Pam's work can be found in other galleries and annual shows, "Rust & Wax" is her major show for 2015. We feel very honored to have Pam as a member of Art On Broadway and to be unveiling her latest body of encaustic paintings.
